These Terms & Conditions govern your use of [kmsign.com] (the “Site”) and all custom neon light orders placed with KM SIGN (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Order Process

Custom Designs: You must provide accurate artwork files (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG). We are not responsible for errors due to low-quality submissions.
Proof Approval: A digital proof will be sent for approval before production. Changes after approval may incur additional fees.
Order Cancellation: Cancellations are only accepted before production begins.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated.
Full payment is required to start production. We accept:

International Orders: Buyer is responsible for customs/duties.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: 3-5 business days for standard orders (custom designs may take longer).
Shipping Carriers: FedEx, DHL, or UPS (tracking provided).
Delays: Not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

Custom Products: Non-refundable unless damaged/defective (must report within 7 days of delivery).
Returns Process: Contact us at [[email protected]] for authorization. Buyer pays return shipping.
Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

You confirm submitted artwork does not violate copyrights.
KM SIGN retains rights to display completed designs in our portfolio (unless requested otherwise).

6. Liability

Neon signs are for indoor/outdoor decorative use only. We are not liable for misuse or electrical issues caused by improper installation.
