Refund & Return Policy

At KM Sign, we specialize in custom neon signs, LED signs, and personalized signage products. Most of our products are made-to-order. This policy explains our refund and return terms.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placement, provided production has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Custom Made Products

All custom-made products, including custom neon signs, LED signs, logo signs, and personalized signage, are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

KM Sign is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. If your package is lost, we will assist with carrier claims.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Additional fees may apply for reshipping returned packages.

6. Color & Size Variations

Due to the handmade nature of neon signs and screen differences, slight variations in color, brightness, and size are normal and are not considered defects.

7. Warranty

KM Sign provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications.

8. EU Consumer Rights Disclaimer

According to EU Consumer Rights Directive, customized goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
