1. Production Time
All custom neon signs and custom signage products are made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on design complexity and order volume.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other international logistics partners. Shipping method will be selected based on destination, size, and customer preference.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
- Other Countries: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large custom signage orders. Bulk wholesale orders may qualify for discounted shipping rates.
5. Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status.
7. Shipping Delays
KM Sign is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics).
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. KM Sign is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We will assist with a replacement or claim process.
