These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of kmsign.com (hereinafter referred to as “this website”) and all custom neon light orders placed through KM SIGN (hereinafter referred to as “we”). Placing an order indicates your agreement to these terms.

1 Order Process

  • Custom Design: You must provide accurate artwork files (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG formats). We are not responsible for errors caused by submitting low-quality files.
  • Proof Confirmation: An electronic proof will be sent for your confirmation before production. Any modifications after confirmation may incur additional charges.
  • Order Cancellation: Order cancellation is only accepted before production begins.

2 Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in US dollars and, unless otherwise stated, do not include taxes/shipping fees.
  • Full payment is required before production begins. We accept:
    • PayPal
    • Credit cards (via Stripe)
  • International Orders: The buyer is responsible for paying any duties/taxes.

3 Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Standard orders: 3-5 business days (custom designs may take longer).
  • Shipping Carriers: FedEx, DHL, or UPS (with tracking provided).
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

4 Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Products: Non-refundable unless the product is damaged/defective (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).
  • Return Process: Please contact us at for authorization. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5 Intellectual Property

  • You confirm that the submitted work does not infringe copyright.
  • KM SIGN reserves the right to showcase completed designs in our portfolio (unless otherwise requested).

6 Liability

  • Neon signs are for indoor/outdoor decorative use only. We are not responsible for misuse or electrical issues caused by improper installation.
